Workouts prior to the 1st day of season:
Monday, 8/3/15: G1 = 6 mi, G2 = 5 mi, G3 = 4 mi
Tuesday, 8/4/15: 1 mile warmup/cooldown all
G1 = 7 x 400
G2 = 5 x 400
Wednesday, 8/5/15: Recovery Run
G1 = 4 mi
G2 = 3 mi
Thursday, 8/6/15: Hills @ Commons or Favorite Spot
2 mi warmup/cooldown
G1 = 12 hills, G2 = 8 hills, G3 = 4 hills
Friday, 8/7/15: Fartlek Run, G1 = 4 mi, G2 = 3 mi
2 min easy, 1 min hard
Regular season starts August 12th!
Please be sure to have a current physical on file in the athletic office to begin practice with your teammates!
